In Greek mythology, the name Amphinome (Ancient Greek: Ἀμφινόμη, lit. 'she of the surrounding pasture') may refer to the following deity and women:
- Amphinome, the Nereid who feeds Poseidon's flock. As one of the 50 marine-nymphs, she was a daughter of the 'Old Man of the Sea' Nereus and the Oceanid Doris. Amphinome and her other sisters appeared to Thetis when she cries out in sympathy for the grief of Achilles for his slain friend Patroclus.
- Amphinome, wife of Aeson, King of Iolcus. She was the mother to Jason and Promachus, Aeson's sons. She and her husband were persecuted by king Pelias of Iolcus. After Pelias had killed her husband and younger son, Amphinome stabbed herself with a sword. As she lay dying she pronounced a curse against the king. Otherwise, the mother of the hero was called (1) Polymele (Polymede or Polypheme); (2) Theognete, daughter of Laodicus; (3) Rhoeo, daughter of Staphylus; (4) Alcimede, daughter of Phylacus; and lastly (5) Arne or (6) Scarphe.
- Amphinome, one of the Peliades, daughters of Pelias and sister of Alcestis and Evadne. She was given by Jason in marriage to Andraemon, brother of Leonteus.
- Amphinome, wife of Arizelus and mother of Harpalion.

In Greek mythology, Theognete (Ancient Greek: Θεογνήτης) was the daughter of Laodicus. By Aeson, King of Iolcus, she was the mother of Jason and possibly Promachus (Jason's brother).
In some accounts, she was called either (1) Alcimede, daughter of Phylacus; (2) Polymede (Polymele or Polypheme), daughter of Autolycus; (3) Amphinome; (4) Rhoeo, daughter of Staphylus; and lastly (5) Arne or (6) Scarphe.

In Greek mythology, Scarphe (Ancient Greek: Σκάρφη) was possibly the mother, by Aeson, King of Iolcus, of Jason and possibly Promachus (the latter’s brother).
In some accounts, she was called either (1) Arne; (2) Alcimede, daughter of Phylacus; (3) Polymede (Polymele or Polypheme), daughter of Autolycus; (4) Amphinome; (5) Rhoeo, daughter of Staphylus or lastly, (6) Theognete, daughter of Laodicus.

In Greek mythology, Arne (/ˈɑːrniː/; Ancient Greek: Ἄρνη) may refer to four different characters:
- Arne, the nymph nurse of Poseidon. She was previously called Sinoessa (Σινόεσσα) but when she took the young god from Rhea to raise and denying him to Cronus, she was named Arne afterwards. When Cronus searched after his son, Arne is said to have declared that she knew not where he was. From her the town of Arne was believed to have received its name which was also called Sinoessa in earlier times.
- Arne (daughter of Aeolus), daughter of Aeolus (son of Hellen) and mother of Aeolus (son of Poseidon) and Boeotia by Poseidon.
- Arne, mother by Aeson of Jason and possibly Promachus. In some accounts, Jason's mother was called (1) Alcimede, daughter of Phylacus; (2) Polymede (Polymele or Polypheme), daughter of Autolycus; (3) Amphinome; (4) Rhoeo, daughter of Staphylus; (5) Theognete, daughter of Laodicus; and lastly, (6) Scarphe.
- Arne Sithonis, a princess who betrayed her motherland for a bribe from King Minos of Crete.
