The ROH World Championship is a professional wrestling world championship created and promoted by Ring of Honor (ROH). It is considered the most prestigious title in the promotion. The current champion is Bandido, who is in his second reign. In addition to being in ROH, the championship is also defended on All Elite Wrestling's (AEW) programs, as AEW and ROH are both owned by Tony Khan.

Ring of Honor (ROH) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. The promotion was founded by Rob Feinstein on February 23, 2002, and was operated by Cary Silkin from 2004 until 2011; the promotion was subsequently sold to the Sinclair Broadcast Group, and then sold to Tony Khan.
Throughout the 2010s, ROH was considered the third largest wrestling promotion in the United States, behind WWE and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, initially operating on an internet distribution model. Under Sinclair's ownership, ROH began talent-sharing deals with wrestling companies outside the U.S., expanded their television visibility through Sinclair's broadcast stations, and eventually established its own streaming service in 2018 called Honor Club.

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. It is owned and operated by Shahid Khan and Tony Khan, with the latter serving as president and chief executive officer.
AEW was founded in 2019 by Shahid Khan and Tony Khan, with professional wrestlers Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes, and Matt and Nick Jackson serving as initial co-executive vice presidents, following the success of the independent wrestling event All In in 2018. AEW's roster primarily appears on its weekly broadcast television shows Dynamite and Collision, as well as on its streaming and pay-per-view (PPV) programming. AEW wrestlers have also appeared at events produced by or co-produced with other promotions, including Ring of Honor (ROH), which was acquired by Khan in 2022. AEW's programming is available in 220 territories in 50 languages.
