Radio Philippines Network operates television stations with airtime being leased by its parent Nine Media and content provider TV5 Network, serving as primary broadcasters of free-to-air television channel RPTV. RPN also operates regional AM radio stations under the brand Radyo Ronda, serving as a partial affiliate of its sister station DWIZ in Metro Manila.

Originally hosted by Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Chiqui Hollmann and Richie D'Horsie, it premiered on Radio Philippines Network on July 30, 1979, on the network's afternoon line up. The show moved to ABS-CBN on February 18, 1989, and later on GMA Network on January 28, 1995. By 2024, TV5 airs the show. It is the longest-running variety show in the Philippines. People's Television Network (abbreviated PTV; Filipino: Telebisyon ng Bayan Network, lit. 'Television of the Nation Network') is the state-operated television network of the Philippine government. Founded in 1974, PTV is the main brand of People's Television Network, Inc. (PTNI), one of the attached agencies under the Presidential Communications Office (PCO).
