D.100, in public known as E-5, is a west-to-east state road in Turkey. It starts at Kapıkule, the Bulgarian border check point, and ends in Gürbulak, the Iranian border check point. Running all the way from west to east, it crosses most of the north-to-south state roads, including the D.650, D.750, D.850 and D.950.
Road can be joint into European Route E-80, publicly known as TEM Road.

Otoyol 3 (English: Motorway 3), also known as the European Motorway (Turkish: Avrupa Otoyolu) and abbreviated as the O-3 is a 245.1 km (152.3 mi) long otoyol in East Thrace, Turkey. The O-3 runs from Edirne to Istanbul and is the only motorway in Turkey located entirely in Europe. The motorway begins west of Edirne at "Edirne Batı K1" junction with the D.100 where it then continues as a beltway passing just north of Edirne. From there, the motorway passes through mostly rural farmland until it enters the Istanbul metropolis near Silivri. The eastern end of O-3 ends at the Istanbul Bağcılar "Mahmutbey Batı K20" Junction.
O-3 "Avrupa otoyolu" "Mahmutbey Batı K19" junction connects to O-7, E80, Istanbul Airport and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge in the north direction, to Ataturk Airport with the 2nd Beltway in the south direction. The last junction of the European motorway "Mahmutbey Doğu K20" connects to O-2 motorway (2nd Beltway) and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge in the east direction, to 1st Beltway (O-1) with the O3-O1 connection road in the south direction. The motorway has six lanes, three in each direction, except for a 44.6 km (27.7 mi) section between Silivri and Esenyurt.
D.110 is a 172 km (107 mi) long east-west state road in Turkey running from the border with Greece, near İpsala, to the junction with the D.100 in Kınalı. The road is the main route into Greece and one of only two roads that cross the Greek border from Turkey. The entire route is a four-lane highway, except for the two-lane bridge crossing the Maritsa river. The D.110 is a part of the European route E84 for its entire length and part of the E90 from the Greek border to Keşan.
Derince is a seaport, municipality and district of Kocaeli Province, Turkey. Its area is 198 km, and its population is 146,374 (2022). The mayor is Sertif Gökçe (CHP).
Derince Port is one of the few ports in Turkey under government control. The port is operated by the Turkish State Railways (TCDD). Having one of the biggest storage area in the region, the port is widely used for finished vehicle product transportation.
Çorlu (Turkish: [ˈtʃoɾɫu] ) is a municipality and district of Tekirdağ Province, northwestern Turkey. Its area is 531 km, and its population is 300,296 (2024). It is a rapidly growing industrial center built on flatland located on the motorway Otoyol 3 and off the highway D.100 between Istanbul and Turkey's border with Greece and Bulgaria. The nearest airport is Tekirdağ Çorlu Atatürk Airport (TEQ).
Bakırköy is a municipality and district in the European part of Istanbul Province, Turkey. Its area is 29 km, and its population is 226,685 (2022). Bakırköy lies between the D.100 highway (locally known as E-5) and the coast of the Sea of Marmara. Bakırköy houses a large psychiatric hospital, and is an important shopping and commercial center.
