Servia (Greek: Σέρβια, romanizedSérvia) is one of the main towns in the Kozani regional unit, West Macedonia, Greece. It is one of the most historical places in the region, with a 6th-century Byzantine castle and the Kamvounia mountain dominating the landscape. There are also a number of 10th century Byzantine cave hermitages and small churches located nearby, which add to the Byzantine atmosphere of the area.

Since the local government reform of 2019, it is the seat of the extended municipality of Servia. From 2011 to 2019, the town was the seat of the Municipality of Servia-Velventos. The town itself has a population of 3,174 people (2021 census). The municipal unit Servia has an area of 400.116 km, the community (the town proper) has an area of 51.603 km.

Kamvounia (Greek: Καμβούνια) is a former municipality in Kozani regional unit, West Macedonia, Greece. From 2011 to 2019 it was part of the municipality Servia-Velventos, of which it was a municipal unit. It is now a municipal unit of the municipality of Servia. The municipal unit has an area of 149.535 km. The 2021 census recorded 1,290 residents in the municipal unit. The seat of the municipality was in Tranovalto.

The Sanjak of Serfiğe (Greek: Σαντζάκι/Υποδιοίκησις Σερβίων) was a second-level Ottoman province (sanjak or liva) centred on the town of Serfiğe (Servia) in western Macedonia, now part of Greece.

The sanjak was founded in 1881, after the Greek annexation of Thessaly (the sanjak of Tirhala), initially as an independent province, and after 1889 as part of Manastir Vilayet. In 1912, the province encompassed six kazas (districts): Nasliç (Voio), Serfiğe itself, Kozana (Kozani), Kayalar (Ptolemaida), Nasliğ (Neapoli, Kozani), Grebene (Grevena) and Alasonya (Elassona).
