In geography, statistics and archaeology, a settlement, locality or populated place is a community of people living in a particular place. Pajuniemi is a village located in Suodenniemi, Sastamala in Pirkanmaa, Finland. In the east it borders Lake Kourajärvi, in the north the village of Suodenniemi and in the west the border of Pori. In the south, Pajuniemi's neighbors are the villages of Kiikoistenmaa and Kouraniemi. The village itself is located on the edges of the valley opening to Lake Kourajärvi and in the surroundings.

Suodenniemi is a former municipality of southwestern Finland.

Suodenniemi was first consolidated into Vammala in 2007. On 1 January 2009, Vammala itself was consolidated with Äetsä and Mouhijärvi to form the new named town of Sastamala.

It is the 33rd most populous municipality in Finland, and the second largest in the Pirkanmaa region after Tampere.

Hämeenkyrö (Finnish: [ˈhæmeːnˌkyrø]; Swedish: Tavastkyro) is a municipality of Finland. It is part of the Pirkanmaa region, and is located 36 kilometres (22 mi) from Tampere. The municipality has a population of 10,351 (30 June 2025) and covers an area of 505.10 square kilometres (195.02 sq mi) of which 41.34 km (15.96 sq mi) is water. The population density is 22.31 inhabitants per square kilometre (57.8/sq mi).
