Jumeirah (Arabic: جُمَيْرَا, romanized: Jumayrā Emirati pronunciation: [dʒʊˈmeːrɐ]) is a coastal residential area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates mainly comprising low rise private dwellings and hotel developments. It has both large expensive detached properties and more modest town houses built in a variety of architectural styles. The area is popular with expatriates working in Dubai and is familiar to many visiting tourists.

Dubai Canal is an artificial water canal unveiled on 2 October 2013 and inaugurated on 9 November 2016. The canal sidewalk comprises one shopping centre, four hotels, 450 restaurants, luxury housing, walkways and cycle paths. It is a 3.2 km (2.0 mi) long project starting from Business Bay into the Arabian Gulf through Safa Park and Jumeirah west of the Indian Ocean. The width ranges from 80 m (260 ft) to 120 m (390 ft). It is 6 m (20 ft) feet deep and be crossed by 8 m (26 ft) high bridges. It creates new public places and facilities with a total area of 80,000 m (860,000 sq ft) with private marinas for boats and a trade centre at the entrance of the canal. The development was designed by AE7 Architects and Planners.
Built by BESIX Group subsidiary Six Construct, the canal is crossed by 3 pedestrian/bicycle bridges, including the Dubai Water Canal Bridge, better known as the Twisted Bridge and now renamed Bridge of Tolerance, so named by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on November 15, 2017.

Jumeira Beach is a white sand beach that is located and named after the Jumeirah district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on the coast of the Persian Gulf. It stretches along the coast south of the city's historic district to the junction with The Palm Jumeirah and terminates between the southern end of the Jumeirah Beach Residence (adjacent to the Dubai Marina district) and the port facilities at Jebel Ali.

The Jebel Ali Power and Desalination Plant (Arabic: محطة جبل على) is a gas- and oil-powered CCGT plant combined with a desalination plant southwest of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
The power plant complex, consisting of nine individual plants, extends over a length of more than three kilometers along the coast of the Persian Gulf between the port of Jebel Ali and the Jumeirah district. On the water side, the power plant is located between the artificial islands of Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali, a good 40 km southwest of Dubai.

The Palm Jumeirah (Arabic: نخلة جميرا) is an archipelago of artificial islands on the Persian Gulf in Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is part of a larger series of developments called the Palm Islands, including Palm Jebel Ali and the Dubai Islands, which, when completed, will together increase Dubai's shoreline by a total of 520 kilometres (320 mi). It has a population of over 25,000 as of 2022.
The islands were created using land reclamation. They were created to resemble a palm tree when seen from the air, and are roughly divided into three areas: "trunk", "fronds", and "outer crescent". The trunk is a mixed commercial and residential area, the fronds are reserved for residential homes and villas, while the outer crescent is used for luxury and upscale resorts.
