The 2023 review of Westminster constituencies was the most recent cycle of the process to redraw the constituency map for the House of Commons of the United Kingdom. The new constituency boundaries were approved by the Privy Council on 15 November 2023 and came into law on 29 November. It is the first review of Westminster boundaries to be successfully implemented since 2010.

Henley was a constituency in Oxfordshire represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament from the 2008 to 2024 by John Howell, a Member of Parliament from the Conservative Party.
Under the 2023 review of Westminster constituencies, the constituency was subject to minor boundary changes. It was renamed Henley and Thame, and was first contested at the 2024 general election.

It previously existed as a county constituency of the House of Commons of the Parliament of England from 1536 until 1707, of the Parliament of Great Britain from 1707 to 1801, and of the Parliament of the United Kingdom from 1801 to 1885. It elected two Members of Parliament (MPs).
