Đuro Macut (Serbian: Ђуро Мацут; born 22 November 1963) is a Serbian endocrinologist and physician serving as the prime minister of Serbia since 2025. Although not a member of any political party, Macut became one of the founding members of the Movement for the People and the State in March 2025, which is led by President Aleksandar Vučić. He is the third independent politician to be nominated to the position of prime minister.

Born in Belgrade, Macut graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 1989, later obtaining a doctorate from the institution. He first worked as an endocrinologist and researcher, and later became a professor of internal medicine and endocrinology at the Faculty of Medicine in 2013. Politically inexperienced, Macut was nominated by Vučić as a candidate for prime minister in April 2025 and was voted in by the National Assembly of Serbia the same month. As prime minister, he initiated meetings with the University of Belgrade rector Vladan Đokić on solving the education crisis started by the anti-corruption protests and expressed support for continuing the accession of Serbia to the European Union.

The cabinet of Đuro Macut was formed on 16 April 2025, following the latter's election as Prime Minister of Serbia by the National Assembly on the same day. It succeeded the cabinet of Miloš Vučević.

The Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) came to power in 2012. After the 2023 Serbian parliamentary election, Aleksandar Vučić, the president of Serbia, gave Miloš Vučević the mandate to form a government. He was elected in May 2024, but resigned amidst anti-corruption protests in January 2025. After the acknowledgment of his resignation by the National Assembly in March, negotiations were held to form a new government. Vučić gave Macut the mandate to form a government in early April.

The Government of Serbia (Serbian: Влада Србије, romanizedVlada Srbije), formally the Government of the Republic of Serbia (Serbian: Влада Републике Србије, romanizedVlada Republike Srbije), commonly abbreviated to Serbian Government (Serbian: српска Влада, romanizedsrpska Vlada), is the main executive branch of government in Serbia.

The prime minister of Serbia (Serbian: премијер Србије, romanizedpremijer Srbije; feminine: премијерка/premijerka), formally the president of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (Serbian: председник Владе Републике Србије, romanizedpredsednik Vlade Republike Srbije; feminine: председница/predsednica) is the head of the Government of Serbia. The role of the prime minister is to direct the work of the government, and submits to the National Assembly the government's program, including a list of proposed ministers. The resignation of the prime minister results in the dismissal of the government. In the formal order of precedence, the position of prime minister is the third highest state office, after the president of the Republic and the president of the National Assembly.

The first officeholder was Matija Nenadović, who became president of the Serbian Governing Council on 27 August 1805. The current prime minister, Đuro Macut was nominated by the president of the Republic, Aleksandar Vučić, and elected and appointed along with his cabinet by the National Assembly on 16 April 2025.
