In Greek mythology, Hippothous (Ancient Greek: Ἱππόθοος, meaning "swift-riding") is the name of seven men:

• Hippothous, an Egyptian prince as one of the sons of King Aegyptus. He suffered the same fate as his other brothers, save Lynceus, when they were slain on their wedding night by their wives who obeyed the command of their father King Danaus of Libya. Hippothous was the son of Aegyptus by an Arabian woman and thus full brother of Istrus, Chalcodon, Agenor, Chaetus, Diocorystes, Alces, Alcmenor, Euchenor and Hippolytus. In some accounts, he could be a son of Aegyptus either by Eurryroe, daughter of the river-god Nilus, or Isaie, daughter of King Agenor of Tyre. Hippothous married the Danaid Gorge, daughter of Danaus either by the hamadryads Atlanteia or Phoebe.
• Hippothous, son of Poseidon and Alope, daughter of Cercyon. He was exposed and suckled by animals, while his mother was executed. After Theseus had killed Cercyon he willingly handed over his kingdom to Hippothous, since both men were the sons of Poseidon. Also known as Hippothoon.
• Hippothous, son of Cercyon. He was one of the hunters of the Calydonian Boar. He later inherited the kingdom of Arcadia when king Agapenor did not return from the Trojan War. His successor was his son, Aepytus.
• Hippothous, son of Neaera, daughter of Autolycus. He was killed by Telephus his kinsman (he was the son of Auge).
• Hippothous, son of Hippocoon. He was killed, along with father and brothers, by Heracles.
• Hippothous, one of the sons of Priam.
• Hippothous, son of Lethus, the son of Teutamides, a descendant of Pelasgus. He led the contingent of the Pelasgians during the Trojan War, along with his brother Pylaeus, and was killed by Ajax during the fight over the body of Patroclus.

In Greek mythology, Antiphates (/ænˈtɪfətiːz/; Ancient Greek: Ἀντιφάτης) is the name of five characters.

• Antiphatês, son of Melampus and Iphianeira, the daughter of Megapenthes. He married Zeuxippe, the daughter of Hippocoon. Their children were Oecles and Amphalces.
• Antiphates, one of Greek warriors who hid in the Trojan horse.
• Antíphates, a Trojan warrior, slain by Leonteus, commander of the Lapiths during the Trojan War.
• Antiphates, King of the Laestrygones, a mythological tribe of gigantic cannibals. He was married and had a daughter. When he was visited by a scouting party sent by Odysseus, he ate one of the men on the spot and raised a hue-and-cry to ensure most of the rest of Odysseus' company would be hunted down.
• Antiphates, son of Sarpedon, who accompanied Aeneas to Italy where he was killed by Turnus.

• Leucippus of Crete, son of Lamprus and Galatea, who was born female and was magically transformed into a man by the goddess Leto.
• Leucippus (son of Thurimachus), the son of Thurimachus and king of Sicyon.
• Leucippus (son of Xanthius), the son of Xanthius who consorted with his own sister and later with Leucophryne.
• Leucippus, the Thespian son of Heracles and Eurytele, daughter of King Thespius of Thespiae. Leucippus and his 49 half-brothers were born of Thespius' daughters who were impregnated by Heracles in one night, for a week or in the course of 50 days while hunting for the Cithaeronian lion. Later on, the hero sent a message to Thespius to keep seven of these sons and send three of them in Thebes while the remaining forty, joined by Iolaus, were dispatched to the island of Sardinia to found a colony.
• Leucippus, a Calydonian hunter, son of Hippocoon.
• Leucippus, a Pisatian prince as son of King Oenomaus. He was a companion of Daphne, whom he was in love with and tried to approach in the disguise of a fellow nymph of hers. Because of Apollo's jealousy, his disguise was revealed by the nymphs, who killed him instantly upon discovery. This Leucippus might be the one referred to having a wife and a rival Apollo in love.
• Leucippus, the son of Poemander who was killed accidentally by his father.
• Leucippus, a Lesbian prince and one of the sons of King Macareus, and the leader of a colony at Rhodes
• Leucippus, son of Naxos, the eponym of Naxos, and king of the island. His son was Smerdius.
• Leucippus, a Cyrenean prince as son of King Eurypylus of Cyrene and Sterope, daughter of Helios. He was the brother of Lycaon.

In Greek mythology, Zeuxippe (/zuːɡˈzɪpiː/; Ancient Greek: Ζευξίππη, romanized: Zeuxíppē) was the name of several women. The name means "she who yokes horses," from zeugos, "yoke of beasts" / "pair of horses," and hippos, "horse."

• Zeuxippe, a naiad nymph of Athens and the mother of Erechtheus, Butes, Procne, Philomela and possibly Teuthras by King Pandion I. She was the sister of Praxithea.
• Zeuxippe, the Athenian naiad-daughter of the river god Eridanos. She was the mother of Butes by Teleon.
• Zeuxippe, a Sicyonian princess as the daughter of King Lamedon (son of Coronus) and Pheno. She was the wife of Sicyon and the mother of Chthonophyle.
