Bodanrück (lit.'Bodan rise') is the 112 km (43 sq mi) wide peninsula that divides Lake Constance (Bodensee) into Überlinger See (part of Obersee) and Gnadensee, which is part of Untersee. At its southern end, it reaches the Seerhein, which links Obersee with Untersee.

It is bordered by the island of Mainau to the east and Triboldingerbohl and Reichenau Islands to the west. The Markelfinger Winkel separates it from the Mettnau peninsula. The nature reserve Wollmatinger Ried lies at the southern shore of Bodanrück. Mindelsee is a small lake located on the peninsula.

The Obersee (German pronunciation: [ˈoːbɐzeː] , lit.'Upper Lake'), also known as Upper Lake Constance, is the much larger of the two parts of Lake Constance, the other part being the Untersee (English: Lower Lake). The two parts are separated by the Bodanrück peninsula. The narrow, northwestern branch of Obersee is also called Überlinger See (English: Lake Überlingen).

The Mindelsee is a Proglacial lake in Radolfzell, Baden-Württemberg Germany. Its current area is approximately 115 hectares (280 acres) with an average depth of 8 metres (26 ft). it extends approximately 2,200 metres (1.4 mi) in a northwest-southeast direction with a width of around 570 metres (1,870 ft).

The lake is located on Bodanrück peninsula, which separates Upper Lake Constance from Lower Lake Constance.
