• Antiope, daughter of King Belus of Egypt and possibly, Achiroe, the naiad daughter of the river-god Nilus. She was the sister of Agenor II, Phineus, Aegyptus, Danaus, Cepheus and Ninus. By her uncle, King Agenor I of Tyre, Antiope became the mother of Cadmus and his siblings. In some accounts, this daughter of Belus was called Damno. Otherwise, the spouse of Agenor was variously given as Telephassa, Argiope or Tyro.
• Antiope, daughter of Aeolus, by whom Poseidon begot Boeotus and Hellen (Aeolus). She was also called Arne or Melanippe, in some accounts.

• Locrus, the king of Locris and son of his predecessor King Physcius. He was the grandson of Amphictyon, son of Deucalion. Locrus became by Cabya the father of Opus, the mythical ancestor of the Ozolian Locrians. According to some, his wife was called Cambyse or Protogeneia. Locrus named the Lelegians Locrians after himself.
• Locrus, son of Zeus and Maera, the daughter of Proetus of Corinth. He is said to have assisted Zethus and Amphion in the building of Thebes. In some accounts, his mother was called Megaclite, daughter of Macareus and had a sister Thebe who married Zethus.
• Locrus, son of Phaeax and brother of Alcinous who emigrated to Italy where he married Laurina, the daughter of Latinus. Herakles at about that time was driving Geryon's beautiful cows from Erytheia. He arrived and was hosted kindly by Lokros. Latinus came to visit his daughter, saw and fancied the cows and drove them away. Discovering this, Herakles shot with his bow and killed him, and brought back the cows. Lokros, fearing Herakles might suffer something terrible at the hands of Latinus, who was strong in body and spirit, had hastened to the aid of his guest, having put on military gear. Herakles seeing him running and thinking he was someone rushing to support Latinus, loosed a shaft and killed him. After he learned he mourned loudly and conducted the rites for him. And when he had passed from among men he appeared to the people as a ghost and ordered them to establish a city by the tomb of Lokros. And the city keeps the name in honor of Lokros.

• Deimachus, a Pylian prince and one of the sons of King Neleus and Chloris, daughter of Amphion. He was the brother of Alastor, Asterius, Epilaus, Eurybius, Eurymenes, Evagoras, Nestor, Periclymenus, Phrasius, Pylaon, Taurus and Pero. Along with his father and other brothers, except Nestor, he was by killed Heracles during the sack of Pylos.
• Deimachus, king of Tricca in Thessaly. He was the father of Autolycus, Deileon (Demoleon) and Phlogius, comrades of Heracles on his campaign against the Amazons.
• Deimachus, a Boeotian son of Eleon and a companion of Heracles. When the hero took part an expedition against Troy, Deimachus fell in battle. He left a son Scamander born from his lover of Glaucia, daughter of the river god Scamander.

• Anaxibia, a naiad of the Ganges river. She fled from the advances of Helios, but she disappeared in Artemis's sanctuary on Mount Koryphe.
• Anaxibia, mother of Maeander by Cercaphus.
• Anaxibia, daughter of Bias and Iphianassa, and niece of Melampus. She married Pelias, King of Iolcus, to whom she bore Acastus, Pisidice, Pelopia, Hippothoe, Alcestis, and Medusa. She was sometimes called Alphesiboea or Phylomache, daughter of Amphion.

• Argius, an Egyptian prince as one of the sons of King Aegyptus. His mother was a Phoenician woman and thus full brother of Agaptolemus, Cercetes, Aegius, Aegius, Archelaus and Menemachus. In some accounts, he could be a son of Aegyptus either by Eurryroe, daughter of the river-god Nilus, or Isaie, daughter of King Agenor of Tyre. Eurydamas suffered the same fate as his other brothers, save Lynceus, when they were slain on their wedding night by their wives who obeyed the command of their father King Danaus of Libya. He married the Danaid Evippe, daughter of Danaus either and an Ethiopian woman.

In Greek mythology, the Niobids were the children of Amphion of Thebes and Niobe, slain by Apollo and Artemis because Niobe, born of the royal house of Phrygia, had boastfully compared the greater number of her own offspring with those of Leto, Apollo's and Artemis' mother: a classic example of hubris.
